S’more Mocha

Our belgian chocolate mocha topped with light foam, a graham cracker and a freshly toasted marshmallow

  • 12 oz. mug
  • 16 oz. hot cup with sleeve

  • Doppio of espresso
  • 8 oz. of milk, steamed, 160°F
  • 30g dark chocolate or 40g sweet chocolate
  • 1 full piece of graham cracker
  • 1 large marshmallow with stick

  1. Pull a shot of espresso per the steps under “espresso”
  2. Measure out selected chocolate in cup
  3. Pour espresso into cup and stir until chocolate is dissolved
  4. Pour selected milk into 20 oz. frothing pitcher
  5. Steam milk to latte texture
  6. Pour milk into espresso, making sure to mark the crema
  7. Place graham cracker across top of cup, covering half of the drink
  8. Place marshmallow on stick, light blow torch and toast marshmallow to desired level (if marshmallow lights on fire, do not blow it out, place it into the drink to put the fire out)
  9. Place marshmallow into drink
  10. Serve to customer
