Real Hot Chocolate
Milk of your choice hand blended with your choice of sweet or dark Belgian chocolate. sprinkled with mini marshmallows
Service
- 12 oz. mug
- 12 oz. hot cup with sleeve
Ingredients
- 50g dark chocolate or 60g sweet chocolate
- 8 oz. of milk, steamed, 180°F
- Optionally, 2-3 tbsp of mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Measure out selected chocolate in cup
- Pour selected milk into 20 oz. frothing pitcher
- Steam milk to latte texture
- Pour milk into cup and stir until chocolate is dissolved, leaving the top white and not marked
- Optionally, top with mini marshmallows
- Serve to customer
