Real Hot Chocolate

Milk of your choice hand blended with your choice of sweet or dark Belgian chocolate. sprinkled with mini marshmallows

  • 12 oz. mug
  • 12 oz. hot cup with sleeve

  • 50g dark chocolate or 60g sweet chocolateĀ 
  • 8 oz. of milk, steamed, 180Ā°F
  • Optionally, 2-3 tbsp of mini marshmallows

  1. Measure out selected chocolate in cup
  2. Pour selected milk into 20 oz. frothing pitcher
  3. Steam milk to latte texture
  4. Pour milk into cup and stir until chocolate is dissolved, leaving the top white and not marked
  5. Optionally, top with mini marshmallows
  6. Serve to customer
