Espresso marked on top with milk foam
Service
- 4 oz. short glass
- 8 oz. hot cup, doubled
Ingredients
- Doppio of espresso
- Milk foam, 160°F
Instructions
- Pull a shot of espresso per the steps under “espresso”
- Pour selected milk into 12 oz. frothing pitcher
- Steam milk to cappuccino texture
- Pour milk into drain until only foam is left
- Pour foam into center of espresso making sure to mark the crema with a large circle
- Serve to customer

Served in the same cup, 3 ice cubes, pull shot, froth milk with hand frother, pour espresso over ice, top with foam
