Espresso marked on top with milk foam


Service
  • 4 oz. short glass
  • 8 oz. hot cup, doubled

Ingredients
  • Doppio of espresso
  • Milk foam, 160°F

Instructions
  1. Pull a shot of espresso per the steps under “espresso”
  2. Pour selected milk into 12 oz. frothing pitcher
  3. Steam milk to cappuccino texture
  4. Pour milk into drain until only foam is left
  5. Pour foam into center of espresso making sure to mark the crema with a large circle
  6. Serve to customer

Iced

Served in the same cup, 3 ice cubes, pull shot, froth milk with hand frother, pour espresso over ice, top with foam
