- 12 oz. tulip glass
- 12 oz. cold cup
Ingredients
- 12 oz. of kombucha
Instructions
- Pour kombucha from tap at a 45 degree angle, straightening glass vertically for last 1/8 of pour
- If more than 1” of foam, let foam settle, then top off
- Serve to customer
