Service
  • 12 oz. tulip glass
  • 12 oz. cold cup

Ingredients
  • 12 oz. of kombucha

Instructions
  1. Pour kombucha from tap at a 45 degree angle, straightening glass vertically for last 1/8 of pour
  2. If more than 1” of foam, let foam settle, then top off
  3. Serve to customer
