Greek Frappe
A greek staple! Nescafé frothed with turbinado cane sugar and water, optionally splashed with milk and served on ice
Service
- 16 oz. glass
- 16 oz. cold cup
Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp Nescafé
- Optionally, sugar (0.5 tbsp for light, 1 tbsp for regular and 1.5 tbsp for extra)
- 4 oz. water to froth, topped with 4 oz. of water
- 6 oz. ice
- Optionally, half & half, or selected milk (2 oz. for light, 4 oz. for regular, 6 oz. for extra)
Instructions
- Put nescafé in cup
- Optionally, add sugar to cup
- Pour water into cup
- Froth with hand frother until entire drink is foamed
- Add ice to raise foam so cup is about 0.75 full
- Top with water so foam and liquid settle at about 50/50 (optionally, leave room for milk)
- Optionally, add milk by pouring even amounts in 3 spots
- Serve to customer with a straw
