Espresso combined with warmed milk
Service
- 4 oz. short glass
- 8 oz. hot cup (double cup)
Ingredients
- Doppio of espresso
- 2 oz. of milk, warmed, 160°F
Instructions
- Pull a shot of espresso per the steps under “espresso”
- Pour selected milk into 12 oz. frothing pitcher
- Steam milk to latte texture
- Pour milk into espresso in a circular motion, taking care to not mark the crema
- Serve to customer
Iced
Served in the same cup, 5-6 ice cubes, pull shot, do not steam milk, pour both over ice
