Espresso combined with warmed milk


Service
  • 4 oz. short glass
  • 8 oz. hot cup (double cup)

Ingredients
  • Doppio of espresso
  • 2 oz. of milk, warmed, 160°F

Instructions
  1. Pull a shot of espresso per the steps under “espresso”
  2. Pour selected milk into 12 oz. frothing pitcher
  3. Steam milk to latte texture
  4. Pour milk into espresso in a circular motion, taking care to not mark the crema
  5. Serve to customer

Iced

Served in the same cup, 5-6 ice cubes, pull shot, do not steam milk, pour both over ice
