- 12 oz. mug
- 12 oz. hot cup with sleeve
Ingredients
- Doppio of espresso
- 6 oz. of milk, foamed, 160°F
Instructions
- Pull a shot of espresso per the steps under “espresso”
- Pour selected milk into 20 oz. frothing pitcher
- Steam milk to cappuccino texture
- Pour milk into espresso, making sure to mark the crema
- Serve to customer

Served in 12 oz. cold cup, 6 oz. of ice, pull shot, froth milk with hand frother to cappuccino texture, pour both over ice at the same time
